You may find these resources helpful in various phases of your recovery journey.
Unfortunately, there is information marketed to abuse victims that exposes them to more gaslighting and shame.
So, I gathered this resource list to provide you with safe information and vetted each one to the best of my ability.
Please keep in mind that all human authors/communicators are fallible and what is helpful for one person may not be helpful for another. Glean what is useful from each of these resources, and disregard what is not helpful.
The linked websites also include additional resources such as coaching.
